Well, I don't have anyone else to train for the moment so may as well give it to him for one last training session before the end of the season. I have 100 ITS saved up in the bag for when I go to pull a youth player at the start of next season which should be good.

But my team is in massive limbo, hopefully this season will finally see me pull out of my FC group which only actually has two real teams and the rest are bots. Been stuck in it for seasons and it really pisses me off. I promoted in both my OD and T20 groups though, but If I don't get out of this FC group next season I really think I'm gonna send an email to the mods. Because every team that has come down has been a camper that only does OD stuff and not FC. So he just plays a team that is better than mine in those games and wins while I get stuck down in it.

3 field is literally no different than 1 field. Only the first fielding net helps in secondaries.

You're better off with 1 field 1 wk, and either bearing the wage of a high wicket-keeping skill you won't use, or taking the wk off when it gets to Resp/Prof, and leaving him on 1 bat 1 field after his training is supposed to be over just so that his concentration can catch up.

Your guys consistency is going to be through the roof come 23 or whenever you plan on ending his training on your current plan. It's a hard situation with the imbalance but you are probably better off letting it catch up when he ages.
