Matu looks good, though I don't know why you were training power in youths

I contacted a national team manager, and asked him for some advice which could help Matu make it to the national team when he's 19. He replied that I should aim for a better power and endurance. I'm going to train him in endurance for the next week, after which I'll go batting technique (and might alternate it between batting), till the end of the season. My academy is satisfactory though, so I just hope things get right.

No, strength. I'll train him in fitness for the next week, and then it'll be all batting technique/batting which benefits in endurance as well, albeit rather little.
