I'd be getting your normal keeper's batting up, rather than keeping. Reliable is good enough for youth. I'd be trying to get him to Reliable/Capable batting by 20 if possible and then maybe focus on keeping/fielding a bit more, unless you weren't really planning on keeping him, although I'd still be going batting if you were planning on that.

Yeah, for Wildsmith, go for a bowling pop and then just bowling tech until tech catches up a bit more (up to about reasonable) then go back to all-rounder training.

Yep bowling is the most important part for an all-rounder. I'd go for a couple of fielding pops though and then go bowling technique

With regards to the keepers, I'm looking at keeping one of them. That technique was while he was on batting technique and I've just put him back onto keeper-bat. Looking for a batting and a keeping pop and then going to put him on fielding.
