Well all of my youth players have ordinary fielding apart from Parry who is 16 and I'm training his fielding now.

Those both look pretty good, especially Khozo. He'll only be spec summary because of his form though tbh. But for his age he has great secondaries. I'd go pump fielding to accomplished before taking him to exceptional probably.

Van Dalen has low primaries for his age but that power and fielding is awesome. You could just train his primaries until he's 26 and he'd be spec/out or so

van Dalen was a good buy from my first season. I've only had him on primary training for the best part of the last two seasons so that should work well.
