The funny thing is that Mol is already my tied third most experienced player The only players that have more are Phillips - 33 (Spectacular), O'Leary - 26 (Expert) and Oldroyd is 26 and has reliable experience. The next best is reasonable which 3 youth players and one senior player is

Of course half of my seniors are going to be fired/sold once my awesome youths come through I can fire another 7 senior players next season so that will be good
