Well just an update over the past week.
Whiteman (23) - Technique --> Outstanding
Young (20) - Batting --> Expert
Healy (20) - Bowling --> Expert
Crane (18) - Fielding --> Reasonable
Peters (18) - Technique --> Reliable
de Jong (17) - Bowling --> Reasonable
Goedhart (17) - Bowling --> Capable

Crane exp up to average and van der Hoeven exp up to reasonable as well.

Pretty much ensures that these two will play in the U19 world cup.

Really? Ireland must not have a great team then 
Every single batsman in our side (Netherlands) has at least accomplished/accomplished batting apart from our keepers who have accomplished/reliable. However, our bowling isn't the best and we have one accomplished/capable, one accomplished/reliable and one reliable/reliable (not including all-rounders) so even without them, we have by far enough bowlers to take to the world cup
So note that Ireland aren't going to get anywhere in the WC

Oh, those two aren't even in the Ireland Nat U19 squad. How are they supposed to make the WC?

Hmm, I'm sure his bowling just keeps getting further ahead of his technique

A few good pops today.
Fielding training done now and back onto batting with an endurance pop sometime. And btw, I only got Mol's fielding to accomplished to match Lindeman's
Endurance pop. Wage is annoying though. $30,000 a week between Tindall and O'Leary while the next highest is Pettinger with 9k.
Tech pop to back up the batting pop, although while on fielding training
And an endurance pop for Young.

Lindeman's fielding is at expert lol
And he has a higher wage so his primaries are further along overall, despite his batting still being accomplished
It does help that my senior academy is at excellent and I'm working on getting it to superior

Although they're still pretty much the same player
You'll take over in the long run though as my senior academy is only good and not improving at a super fast rate.
I should have taken a break though when I decided to sell all my players though as then I could just invest nothing into my academies and with no wages to pay, over a couple of seasons of doing nothing, I would have had like 2.5m
