Yeah, he will. Already Reliable/Reliable. Should be Expert/Expert by 20, with maybe a power pop and fielding pop as well. And yeah, Mol should be capable exp by 20 which will be very good, maybe even Reliable with NAT matches.

What is Lindeman's batting summary? Capable or Reliable?

Excellent pop considering its his first training session for me, and it was bowling technique too! Makes his talents more useful now. Thinking about just blasting bowling and tech for a few season then endurance and power??

Just do bowling tech and bowling for ages. I wouldn't worry about power, and only worry about endurance if it's below reas by the time he's 19. He can be someone who is handy with the bat down the order, instead of a pure all-rounder

1. I think it has nothing to do with training.

2. technique pops while fielding training are very rare, you can't rely on them. So the answer must be no.

3. Yeah, you can continue him on training the same thing AFAIK.

1. Form has nothing to do with training, only how he performs in games.
2. Technique does increase with fielding training, just not as much as it would if you trained batting or bowling. But it is noticeable and I have gotten technique pops from training on fielding
3. Yep you can keep him on the same thing forever if you want.
