Mate, it's gonna be heaps hard to train him. The highest you'll get him to next season is competent.

But your best bet is to wait until the first week of next season and by a fresh 17 year old.

I say a good buy. Slap a bowling and fielding on him for as long as you can. He will be quite useful for you.

To be honest, he's not a good buy IMO, although as you say, 4k is peanuts. At the start of nest season you'll be able to pick up players with mediocre primary, secondary and stamina for next to bothing, and they're worth putting nets on. Feeble is too low a starting point, as he's 18. His stamina might just make him worth it, as he can be competant in a season, and a useful player for bowling long FC spells.

Depends. If the player is a regular, and holds decent skills than his Experience will be high, and that sometimes can cause him to succeed. But once they are around 31+, than it's time to get rid of them. If your not getting a good price, you might as well just keep him as a sidelined player for weaker teams.

Don't buy him. Wait until next season and you'll be able to pick up 17 year old Med/Med/Med batsmen for peanuts.

Minimum of a net on Bowling, for faster times use fielding and keeping.
