I have trained him a bit since i got him. He is a gun batsman. He had woeful stamina and woeful batting when i bought him. He can get like 50 off 30 balls and hes a real gun. He has done well in friendlys and league games.

yeah i also got a good deal recently for 50k his primarys are alright but secondaries are awesome. I just want 2 pops for bowling and get him up to med/compt stamina and he will be so bloody awesome. He can bat aswell

Not a bad buy for ?5K. I'm not so good as many of the other teams here either, he would probably make it in to my first XI every now and then.

Thanks to a decent home income of a good ?100K from home game, I'm doing well in finances going from 40K too 200K (with the help of the subsidy too ). I'm not sure what I should do with it. Should I save up for a really decent player or should I buy one now?

It's kinda funny, when you think about it. The guy I bought for 5k, I could give him a few nets and in six or seven weeks, sell him for 250k.
