Your nets are good. Try two fielding, one keeping, and one bowling till the changes, then revert back to those.

but if you want his cons/conc to go up quicker give him a w/k instead of another fielding, if you arent bothered about his cons/conc so much dont bother

Fielding+Wicketkeeping = Quicker pops for Consistency.
More consistency = Better Bowler
After week 8 = Slower pops for consistency

So you might as well cash in now and go for a fielding and wicketkeeping. Take advantage of the last 2-3 weeks and get as many pops as possible.

Yup. Do it, and add a 2 fitness and 1 bowling. You'll see a lot of important pops in the next few weeks.
