i currently hav a 21yo spinner with resp primary comp sec and med stamina.
Will this guy will be enough to fill him instead for atleast 2 seasons.

yeah i would buy him for about 200K...he would probably beat your other spinner to the team cos he can bat a bit as well and has higher bowling...

From what Voldy has told me w/k is worthless for a bowler. All it does is raise his wages, I would go the fielding.

Secondary is poor you could probably get that up to around respectable/proficient.

With me beeing a noob respectable bowling is what I care about at the moment. If and when I get him I will probably give him 2 stamina, 1 batting, 1 bowling. Currently I don't have any fielding coaches cause I want my players stamina to increase and get to a good level first.
