What you have is what I would have done, just thought you might not have the nets. If you want to put a stam on him, then now would be a good time. I find training the consistency is easier when they are older as it pops faster. Of course all this depends on when you want your bowler to be a star, if you need him to turn star quickly then leave it as is.

I would go 100k max, you don't want to pay overs for 30yo. A normal resp is about the 150k mark, sometimes you can get them cheaper. I got my 23yo steady spinner med/resp/med for 71k.
