Dominic Harkin (859740)
LH Batsman, LF Bowler, woeful batting form, proficient bowling form, sublime
A cautious player with strong leadership skills and worthless experience.

Plays For: moose
Nationality: England
Age: 20 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 5,719
Wages: ?627 p/w

Stamina: competent Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: feeble Concentration: worthless
Bowling: competent Consistency: competent
Fielding: competent

A whopping ?97,029!! Can you believe it! Ah well, atleast the 150K from Conelly will help cover the cost of this fellow...

Crouch > Newton
Although Newton is just 17, great potential there. Rudi is 18, seem him? Prof bat and bowl, high stam and field and consistency. :)

Here are the how much the players I have up for sale are currently sellling, all ending in 10 minutes:

Ridley Dunn (Mediocre Bat, Stam and Conc, Competent fielding) - 43K
William Conelly (Same as above, with Competent bowling to boot) - 162, 368!
Caleb Binns (Same as Dunn, but a bowling version) - 23K

This is insane!!
But hey, I'm not complaining...;) :D

Dunn has been sold for 43K, with Conelly and Binns still getting some last-minute bids!!

There seems to be an insane bidding war between three teams for Binns! The price has toppled 50K!!!
Oh, and Conelly has been sold for a whopping ?165,616!!! :D

Binns is sold for ?58,369!! That's a grand total of 266,985 more in my bank account!! And there is gonna be an added 180K after this Friday. This should be able to cover the cost of my new buys...

I'd say 100K. That's how much I'd pay. If I wanted him that is...

Thanks,I'll put a higher initial bid than 100k on him as I feel he's worth a little more, will keep updated on this.

Zorax, I suggest you save some money and get a really good player instead of these bits and pieces players that you seem to like. Save atleast ?500,000-?1.5 million and buy a very good player who can actually make a big impact.

I'm doing that next season. See, with the revenue I'll get from FC AND OD games, I estimate I'll end up with 2 mill to spend at the end of next season. I'll use that to buy a new superstar. Probably a trainee who I can train in place of Crouch.

im doing that, but i always seem to get a rush of blood and buy some players before i save enough for a high quality player

i just bought this guy

Yeah, but everyone will be getting revenue from both - the market'll inflate even more. If you have the money, buy as soon as you can - you'll get more for it.

With 2 mill, I'm certain I can buy a player of atleast Superb skill.
And supply is likely to increase, with all these new YPs coming and going to be trained. Problem is, that will take a few seasons...
Bah, I'll cross this bridge when I come to it...

Not bad. Already has stamina, so 2 Bat, 1 Field. Would do him good.
But he is practically 18. So, you've lost something there.
