lol you cant expect to have any private bids on Battrick, everyone will see it and if they like the look of him then they will bid. I was tempted to bid yesterday but once it got to ?800k+ it was out of my depths. Good player though.

And you can bet the teams that were bidding were newbies too. If this keeps up, the 2 mill I have saved up for a keeper-batsman trainee may not be enough.

I suspect it probably will keep going like it is. You will probably be better off getting one from your academy, ITS permitting of course.

It's impossible. I can get a bowler, but the keeper, to get a respectable batting and keeping, will need a lot of luck. Not that I won't try, but first priority is a Wavell Folkes like bowler (Preferrably a spinner) and then the keeper, so I'm gonna buy the keeper.
