Hmm. His batting secondary is not good. His bowling is average with a great secondary.

With a few nets he will be fantastic, though.

Spotted this mistake and thought if I corrected you it might help you out later on - so here goes.

You're probably thinking along the lines of 'the younger the player, the faster they train'. And this is true, in some cases. Batting, bowling and wicketkeeping all take longer to train as they player gets older. Stamina (and fielding, I think) remain constant throughout a players life. Secondaries (consistency and concentration) will train faster in older players.

You might realise this and were referring to the fact that by the time the skill has been upped sufficiently, the player won't have too much shelf life left. And if you meant this, you're right. But the way you phrased it makes it sound like you've made the assumption I assume you've made If you haven't and meant it in the shelf life way, apologies for what I'm sure will look like me treating you a little condescendingly.

Yea kinda of putting it wrongly, more meant that fact most if not all your nets would be taken up by some younger guy so you got no nets to train up a 28 year old.
