Captaincy? It's only average. 10 of my Senior players have Reasonable+ captaincy, highest is outstanding whos got capable exp. as well. 10 of my Youth players also have Reasonable+ captaincy as well.

Whats wrong with average? He's obviously new to the game if it's his first signing.
