Only if you played him in the senior team and the T20 team. Forget the youth matches to help save fitness. If you got his experience right up by doing that by the time he's 20 even if hes not as good as you had hoped that extra experience would be worth a packet by itself... so it might be worth it if your willing to carry him for a few season until hes 18 and might be half decent??

Can't believe I only got that much for him. I got 50k more for Byrne, an Oustanding/Outstanding bat with like Ordinary fielding and power than I did for James even though he was a Spectacular/Spectacular bowler with reasonable fielding, oustanding endurance and reliable power.
