Allan Donald roars as South Africa have won the Final on first innings lead!!! He was successful in defending 13 runs off the last over of the match. South Africa are the deserving champions!! They have dominated this tournament as if it was meant to be theirs!!!
Hardik's reaction when he got out said it all!!! India were so close chasing that target. They are unfortunate not being able to win after the turnaround in the England series. Nevertheless, they have played like Champions and deserves a consolation.

NICK KNIGHT: Hello and welcome back to THE HOME OF CRICKET for the post-match presentation. We had an extremely successful tournament and the final match too lived up the expectations. First of all on behalf of the organizers of this tournament I would like the thank the BCCI, ECB and Cricket South Africa for going ahead with the tournament. I would also like to thank PAYTM, SPECSAVERS and SUNFOIL for giving their support in organizing matches in India, England & South Africa through their sponsorship deal. I would also like to thank StarSports India, SKY Cricket and Supersport for broadcasting matches in their respective home countries. Last but not the least a special thanks to the Lord's Cricket Ground, the ECB and the MCC for allowing to host the Final of this tournament.
Now I would like to call the losing Captain, Indian skipper Rahul Dravid
NICK KNIGHT: Rahul what do you think went wrong for you guys?
RAHUL DRAVID: I think toss was an important decision, we felt that our bowlers could restrict South Africa to some 350-odd and our batsman to get a competitive lead and expect our bowlers to deliver on a worn out pitch. I think 566 was a really good total on that pitch and it put pressure on our batsmen to score for us. I felt Ashwin was our best bowler. Being a spinner and taking a 5-fer on that track was an excellent achievement. I think the way Graeme Smith batted was very intimidating to our bowlers and it affected their confidence going forward into the match. Kallis was once again brilliant with the bat but the innings that De Villiers played really took the match away from us. I won't be too harsh on Shami because I felt the tried to keep the ball in the right place and found too many edges as well. He was unfortunate that he found Smith's edge very early in the day on Day 1 only for Viru to drop it, but again it's a Final and such things just happen and we can't do anything much about it. Also, as said earlier 566 was a little too much for us but the way Viru and Rohit batted at top gave us a little confidence. But then Viru got out and I got dismissed for a duck and everything happened so quickly that we lost our momentum. An innings of highest class from Sachin in the Final was nothing new to us but the situation which he tackled was a sight worth watching. Although we gave away a lead of 80, Sachin's innings gave us a new hope. That innings actually gave us a lot of confidence which translated into performance through our bowlers. Both Shami and Kumble tried to make up for the damage that happened in the first innings and once again it was Ashwin to helped us by getting some crucial breakthroughs. 321 again I felt was good enough for our batting to chase it down but Donald ensured that they were on top of us all throughout. Philander was equally tough for us to face in the 1st innings. But all in all it was a great effort by our team right from the start of the tournament to the Final and our performance in the Final was a great example regarding the strength of our team. I am proud of our team. (Runners up prize: Team managers receives VCash 5,00,000)
