Tutsi's A.I. Patches

Started my first match with the new patch... Ind vs pak in eden gardens on a normal pitch. Initially found it a little harder to time the ball , but once I got set I was able to score runs freely. I am now 121/2 off 15 overs with Sachin on 61 of 46 balls and Dravid on 28. I have not attempted any risky shots and all the boundaries have come from good placement and well timed shots. Batting is a pleasure so far .. perhaps a tad too easy still. However I usually struggle against the spinners so lets see what happens when they come on.

hi....well don't worry about the batting being a bit easy STILL....b'coz we are playing on NORMAL level so the game usually makes batting a tad easier than it should be. so in the final version when u'll be playing in HARD mode u'll be finding batting difficult.

Well, may be he is still using slog shots.. 121 off 15 overs can be achieved only due to the help of slog shots.. I cant get that much without the slog button. I never use this button and matches nowadays are very realistic for me!
Having fun with ur latest Beta-5 patch, Tutsi. Pakistan are 72/2 after 22 overs. I scored 400 (wasnt very easy! lot of leaving to do). Lets see how the game goes. I got 0/2 with Pakistan. I was afraid if the patch wouldnt work for me. But it works very well now with Pak on 72/2

yea....early on CPU is vurnarable, especially to edges. if ur good then u may them 1 or 2 wickets but after that they do play well and try to score decent totals.
Really? Yes the CPU is hitting the hell out of me. I have never seen teams score at 4 runs an over in test matches and that too without losing much wickets. pakistan are 115/3 off 31 overs. Isnt that gr8 enough? They are chasing 400 and have to get 200 to avoid the follow on! Gr8 game going on!

Actually I have not used the slog shot even once. Like I had said ..all the shots were on the ground and it was just a question of timing. One thing I must say is that with the boss fields , the fielder at square leg is sometimes removed. I am very very strong on the leg side and I get a lot of leg glance 4's. What happens is that the fielder from mid on gets put at square leg or fine leg in which case I then use the on drive and get 4s. For short pitched deliveries I play the backfoot ondrive or back foot straight drive. I still get most of my runs on the on side. Even if there are fielders on the on side , I just move around the crease and try to time the shot differently so it goes either fine or square(the leg glance) depending on where the fielder is. I must say that batting is great fun though !
Yes! Sai thats what I was tryin to say... In 1st place I didn't even know tusi patch 5 was released yesterday coz I didn't check. I went to your thread and see you wrote about tusi patch 5 and right after that I downloaded it; and it was awesome man, trust me!!! Great work tusi, once again...

i played a match in normal mode 50 overs
match was so cl0se i love this patch
first i5 overs cpu plays so slow u have to improve that
user is kenya
i made 231
cpu started chasing badly in first 15 overs
they made 40
then started rasing the runrate
at 40 overs
they what 80
of 60 balls
last 5overs they what 45 runs
but i won the match
they made 230
i think patch has to improve

improve pacing a bit..............WILL DO.
Things have become tougher.. I am now 213 for 6 of 35 overs. Once the 15 overs were up it became harder to get boundaries , but I was still going quite well.Then Shoaib malik came on and I lost dravid,ganguly and yuvraj singh within 2 overs. The spinners are still very hard to hit for runs. Sachin was on 99 when I started a suicidal run and ended up sacrificing kaif instead. Sachin is 100 of 103 balls with 14 fours and karthik is now batting.
One thing I must say though..it is not easy to force the pace.. i.e in the slog overs it is very very tough to find the boundaries and sixes are almost impossible to get.This is partly because the spinners bowl and they are tougher to hit and partly because of the field. But so far batting has been rather interesting and apart from the beginning I have been made to work for my runs.b/n overs 15-35 I scored at around 4.8 where I scored around 8 an over in the first 15.Thats quite realistic. I hope I last the next 15 overs though cos malik is quite hard to handle..he bowls waaaaaay too many yorkers
