Not yet, usy, coming up right after i finish the animations im doing...so mid-May-ish...

At this stage im just considering Elite umpires, but i wont rule out a patch for first class umps when the domestic patches are released later on...but maybe they can just be made-up umps anyways...not sure how important it would be to have domestic umpires be real?

I think elites enough. I mean look at simon taufel he may be an elite umpire but he still does aussie domestic

Different countries have diff umpire rules.
ICC has that in an international tour game, One local umpire and one ICC umpire should stand.

Also, domestic match umpires generally of inferior quality than international.

i have decided to focus on bowling first, then umpires...so it will be a bit longer im afraid...
