I didn't see anything of the swing. Beside Pakistan will have to go for the second Test against Sri Lanka where this match was played. Maybe it would be a great thing to include Anwar Ali and Jamshed Ahmed into the squad. Especially since they've been bowling some matches on the Sri Lankan pitches.

I think Anwar should be in the team for the Sri Lanka series if Shoiab is out.
What deadly swing on the balls.
The ball was swinging at something like almost 90 degrees.
They ( Anwar and Jamshaid ) were the ones who drafted the win and should be in the main team.
As for either of them as captain....don't think so.
Maybe inzi may lose it and it maybe passed onto Younis but to jamshaid or anwar ...impossible.

I was watching the ball by ball commentry form cricinfo, the first few wickets fell by dragging the ball onto the stumps and leaving the ball alone and it inswung big and it the offstump, Chawla played well under pressure and he bowled brilliant, a good prospect for the future for India.

I finally could watch some action of it. And I only saw one Indian batsman inside edging to the stumps.

And I never seen such a swing in my life. Anwar Ali and Jamshaid Ahmed were really bowling bowl. Especially Anwar Ali. And Akhtar Ayub isn't a bad bowler either.

I seriously hope PCB selectors think of selecting one of those guys to Sri Lanka next month. If Anwar Ali can bowl such balls to the Sri Lankan batsmen, they're facing some problems.

We never know, h might be another 16 year old after Sachin who coul mak it big in the world stage.

Well, will the Indian selectors take the brave decision of playing him ahead of Kumble or Harbhajan? I seriously doubt it. But I at least want him in the squad as the third spinner in place of Murali Kartik. Frankly, I am not impressed with Murali Kartik no matter how much his supporters use the excuse of his not getting enough chances to perform! Given the chance, he doesnt impress! We should try Piyush also! It does not mean Murali Kartik is finished! Let him go back to domestic cricket, keep honing his skills and knock the international doors with far superior performances!

Also Gaurav Dhiman is another player to watch out for! In this seriously jam packed Indian batting line up, he will be a whiff of fresh air! He is an all rounder and that is going to help him in the long run! We need to play 5 bowlers often and he will lend solidity in the future! We have a lot of options after Tendulkar, Dravid, Ganguly and Laxman retire!

Guys like Pujara, Dhiman, etc will look to replace them!
