Well, will the Indian selectors take the brave decision of playing him ahead of Kumble or Harbhajan? I seriously doubt it. But I at least want him in the squad as the third spinner in place of Murali Kartik. Frankly, I am not impressed with Murali Kartik no matter how much his supporters use the excuse of his not getting enough chances to perform! Given the chance, he doesnt impress! We should try Piyush also! It does not mean Murali Kartik is finished! Let him go back to domestic cricket, keep honing his skills and knock the international doors with far superior performances!
Also Gaurav Dhiman is another player to watch out for! In this seriously jam packed Indian batting line up, he will be a whiff of fresh air! He is an all rounder and that is going to help him in the long run! We need to play 5 bowlers often and he will lend solidity in the future! We have a lot of options after Tendulkar, Dravid, Ganguly and Laxman retire!
Guys like Pujara, Dhiman, etc will look to replace them!
