No lineups restriction but mention 6 bowlers, wicket keeper and captain properly.

Maybe hold both formats in different countries/areas?

Also since there's going to be eight matches in each round, I'd hold them across more than one country, i.e. in an area like Europe, Africa, Asia, or Oceania.

Well what I have planned is we will have matches at one country. That country wont be hosting matches next season. So that every player gets an opportunity to play in different conditions
