he is, that photo is part of his propaganda to make you think he isnt in a wheelchair! thats why he is sat down in the pic, he cant stand.
let me ask you this, have you ever seen duff and a escalator in the same photo?!?!?! NO, because people in wheelchairs cant use them thats why
