You have to install the Ashes Cricket 09 in c: drive. That's it. As I posted earlier, if you follow all those steps, I mean install a fresh game in c drive and try what I wrote, it should work.

I cannot think of any other solution unfortunately. If you did what I mentioned it should work. I tried it myself now, it works for me. Are you sure you have done whatever I mentioned?

yeah i did.. i keep getting texture error!!! dont know why.. didnt u get this error?? when i click ipl.exe a cmd window comes and i select the big file.. then i keep getting the texture error... didnt this happen to u?

No, I don't. But, it shouldn't ask you to select a big file..

i open the ipl.exe and then i put the cache folder in temp.. but then when it asks me to select the big file(asysn.big or something like that) after sometime, i get an error, it says invalid texture.. what do i dO???

You need to put cache first, that is before opening the exe files. If it says invalid texture, try re opening the exe. It shouldn't be a problem really, I've seen the files still being replaced. Try and play the game and see if changes are made.

Download attached. It contains shirt (with spec), pants (with spec), cap and numbering. These are .png files so, please replace them manually using Big Editor. Thanks.
