Nice but look at the contents and properties there. They're just way too far away from each other. Which isn't good. Let's put it this way;

There are two types of positioning text and render:

1. Informative - Here, the classification is in such a way that the main thing is render, and the text is just to describe something about it.

2. Expressive - In Expressive positioning, you don't consider whether it's a text or a render, but treat it as an object in your work. You can so think where should be what, if you think that way, it'll be easy--ease for you to make things get right your way instead of placing things just in the space you have.

Work on Expressive, the pressed subject of the both.

I made these up but those are two basic things to positioning, the grassroot level basics, get them right, grow your trees.

I hope you're knowing where I'm up to. :)

I like the second one though change the text in it. First one is too shiny and looks bit low quality too.
 
Like the lighting on v2 of Eminem. It looks pleasant as well. v1 is too bright.
