I figured out that for some reasons, some brush effects (grunge and splatter) with low opacity can not be seen in PCs with bright configurations.

Can someone tell me if he can see the grunge brush in the background and splatter in the top right corner?

If you cannot see the grunge and splatter effects, decrease your monitor's contrast.
