then Why team can't make a list for players who they wants?
Its so simple that If team owners are allow to choose the players for themselves then they can sighn up them now.

As Kshitiz had said earlier, We have a major Announcement to make.
With the team shaping up really well, we are very pleased to announce Tom (Highlander999) as our new partner. Now instead of 3, there are 4 managers in the Vatican Victors
He will bring with him great experience, knowledge, cricketing skills, and would provide an interface between the managers and the players. Being the captain of the team, he would know his team's requirements and also we can expect more incentives coming the players way.
Everyone please Welcome Tom into the Vatican Victors Management!!
