[step 1.] First Download Abbh BIGEditor.extract it click on BIGEditor >file>open achieve select your async.big.w32 file

[step 2.] For eg:- if u download MsDhoni face extract it, there is name of the player like this tan_10_MsDhoni replace this face with tan 10

For NOOBS read step 3

[step 3.] Click on abbh BIGEditor characters>> heads>> models>> unlicensed_tan >> tan_10 >> tan_10.model >> single click on tan_10_d.dds replace it with tan_10_MsDhoni.png
