What have you achieved today?

Well I made Chilly Paneer (Cottage Cheese) Today and Damn it was good and tasty here's a pic.

Papad can be used as -

1. A stand-alone snack
2. Something you eat before a meal
3. Something you eat after a meal
4. Something you mix with a meal

Hell, you can even put onions and tomatoes on it and have it as a snack It's called masala papad here.

My family's consumption of Papads is VERY HUGE... Like almost 25 to 30 papads get eaten everyday...

Ok while were on delicacies from the region. Does anyone have tips for making Paneer from scratch? When I've tried it with vinegar it tarnished the taste of it. Lemon juice worked well but for some reason I couldnt quite get the consistency of the paneer right (although it tasted OK).

And not to completely high-jack the thread. I submitted one of my last assignments for my Uni course today. 2 to go and ill be done with it!
