Lagaan :- Because of Aamir Khan's excellent work and his production

Tare Zameen par :- because of Aamir khan's and Darsheel's superb acting and really a good message regarding special children and we shouldn't force children to study and let them do their hobbies etc freely!

Swades : Directed by Ashutosh gowraiker which i think should be the one of the best film ever made!.

Not many movies make my top list.

The Matrix - Really just a brilliant concept and the movie single-handedly changed the way movies are made.

Gladiator - A great story, Russell Crowe's best IMO, cinematography was great.

Syriana - Brilliant story, great acting and wonderful direction. And what's better than watching someone beat the crap out of George Clooney. What more can you ask for?

Kingdom Of Heaven - Great story and cinematography, absolutely love stuff on the crusades, which is also why Assassin's Creed was so addictive to me.

One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest - Nothing needs to be said methinks.

One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest - Nothing needs to be said methinks.

The appeal behind this one really interets me. It got best film and Nicholson got best actor - I honestly can't see how. The acting was good, but nothing amazing and it wasn't a movie that really stood out for me.

Heh, different stuff for different people I guess, it's just that so many love the movie and I really can't see why.

Wasn't aware of the awards, but its totally deserved. Strong acting, storyline, with a perfect ending, can't say I've ever met anyone who did not highly praise the movie.

Oh how could I forget Gladiator. Just so awesomely greatly crazily wickedly great. :D
