And imo Android is better than iOS. I have only used android for a day and now i have started to find iOS boring: same old homescreen etc. iOS only sells for its apps. However Android is catching up fast in apps and there is no doubt that android will one day overtake iOS in apps.

I'm an avid fan of Apple but I have to agree with that. iOS is brilliant, but they've hardly done anything to it since it was released. Home screen wallpapers should have been there from the start. Folders was a nice touch. Multitasking isn't really multitasking, more like app-switching. Notifications are intrusive and the lock screen is a joke really, such a waste of space.

Android is far more flexible, more fun is how I'd put it. It affords you greater freedom to do what you want with the phone. And I think Android still has quite a way to go before it overtakes Apple with regards to apps, if they ever do overtake them that is.

On my lock screen I have the time, date, weather, sms messages, mail, notifications, calendar, missed calls...

There is an improved notification system in the cydia app store

I don't like folders personally.

Which lock screen mod do you have? LockInfo? And which notification system is good. I haven't found a decent one yet.

Yep I use lockinfo. I also use BiteSMS which allows me to reply to txts from anywhere, among a number of other benefits. I have winterboard to theme my phone, iconoclasm to give me a 5x5 icon screen. SBS settings for easy access to settings and synchronicity so that I can use my phone while it's syncing. I can't remember the name of the notification system, it was featured on a few blogs I read...MobileNotifier I think

Yeah! And Iphone also sell because of its brand name. People say that its apple....from america...and most believe that expensive is better. But imo Android is better value for money. Android has also got flash support so that i can watch live streaming anytime and enjoy cricket.
Lol my whole ipod is the size of the screen of my htc desire .

Just got Samsung Fit yesterday. I must say the touch sensitivity is fantasticly smooth and fast. And its definitely a VFM Phone with Android.

The Samsung one is for calls and Sms thingy.

The Motorola one is just for testing android ROM's purposes and all. Got rid of the Droid for almost 10k INR. Now looking to pick up a Vibrant or a captivate. Which is better?

Samsung Galaxy S here:

Running stock Froyo ROM atm, with the Ryan's One Click Lag Fix. Waiting for the stock Gingerbread ROM, but if it doesn't come within a month, I'll pull the trigger on a CM build!

Never used a better phone.
