in INdia, we buy phones for money. And this costs around 34K INR. I don't know what you meant by 'contract' or 'pay as i go'

It's the Samsung Galaxy Note which is considered as a mixture of a smartphone and a tablet. It's not yet released in USA, will be released for the US in the MWC which starts from 27th Feb.
