Well first off, being part of an open set-up as town is not ideal. All the roles are out in the open, so the Mafia are at liberty to pick and choose and possibly maintain a mind-set akin to anything of their choosing in the OP, so that's the primary thing on my radar to begin with I think.
The Night actions are going to be very instrumental in helping distinguish everyone apart, but that is something to think about later on.

I was a bit alarmed by the 24 hour deadline but there are an even number of players (wasn't this an 11 player set-up to begin with?) so I won't dwell on it too much this time round as long everybody promises to be active in discussion, but I am coming in quite late and there has been virtually nothing here since the day began. Would've preferred if FP waited a bit longer before starting this.
