Was going to say it's a nice little twist if at least the Mafia have a little uncertainty of other players' alignments but it makes no difference really if they aren't in cahoots with the opposite Mafia group.

So you mean that it is very compulsory to post in the game thread if you are town and posting in other threads? I feel pity for you. Whenever I play a mafia game even if I don't post, I do follow each and every post. So what you got to say about other inactive guys?

To me this setup is nothing but do or die. Either get killed by mafia or lynch them to death. It is really important to analyse before lynching someone. I read that there are two mafia teams who can perform the kill and/or watch a person. So if I got this right, we might see two kills at night? from team A mafia and team B mafia?

Inactive ones are not always the culprits, mind you. Either they are genuinely inactive or waiting for the right time to post. If you don't have anything to post, then what should we do? Should I post 'hey, I'm player here, who ks mafia?' ? Lol!

Nobody forced you to sign up firstly, posting in other threads(I don't have time/don't even bother to stalk people's profile) shows disinterest. Double lol at your second reasoning of not posting, why are you playing the game then?

This is a 24 hr game and you are literally forced to reply, nobody is calling inactive ones the scum it's just that this particular one has a limited timeline and few will definitely use it to their advantage. It is just 5% of what I will post regularly in a mafia game. I still say I have nothing to post other than read the posts and cross question the people whose answers or posts are weird. The way you are trying to portrait the image of being worried about the town more than other townies is more weird that not posting.

Setup is on the 1st page which redirects to Wikipedia and I've posted what is already given. Nothing extra is discussed or given. So what we have currently? It will be really dumb for someone to try and counter claim in this setup. Instead of everyone trying to see if I am a thread (Mafia A vs Mafia B vs Townies) I suggested for one of the rival Mafia to join me and the townies in order to get rid of the other Mafia. You all know my alliance now, either go with me or against me. It's part of the game, if it ends up getting me lynched or killed so be it... I am an open book... both Mafia oppositions can either side with us townies or go against the townies and the other Mafia... it's entirely up to them.

I honestly don't have anything to say about Rudolph's claim. Yes, it was not needed too earlier in the game. But his role claim seems genuine as he was the first one to claim along with mention of his character. He hasn't claimed any risky roles and has claimed as genuine vanilla townie.

I will be surprised if someone counter claims him as it is very risky to fake claim so early in an open setup.
