first i thought its an update but i still i am not sure what is it?
i have a test tomorrow so studying for that rather than reading about windows vista.
i think its another version of windows.

Yes, that is the next version of Windows XP. Expect a lot of bugs in that.

Im A Microsoft Beta Tester and i have Windows Vista ... and because of EULA i cant really tell you anything other then

it need a bit of work on it.... nothing is really compatible
