Women's Tests not being five days long (or at least having the option) is a farce.

Scheduling said Test from Monday to Thursday is a farce.

One way of perhaps bringing more Tests into the Women's game would be to have the ICC Women's Championship be contested over multi-format series that include at least one Test match. There's no reason that certain series couldn't include two or three Tests - The Ashes of course, but there may well be others interested.
