We don't need the WCA squads for cricksim, we're using C07 for that. I just want domestic teams for both OD and FC forms so 2 teams for each of the 2 formats. I dont think there will be Domestic T20 except for IPL later on.

I think you're getting Combatant Cobras and Cape Cobras mixed up.

Lol. I just looked at the Cobras part. Sorry for that. Anyway, match coming soon. I'm too tweaked to do screenshots so I'll just post the toss, the scorecards and do my writeup as normal.

So a reasonable innings from Cobras there. The captain and vice captain set it up nicely both scoring around 50 making a 103 run opening stand but noone really could go onto it, batsman getting starts but none getting past 35 but a total of 231/6 wasn't too bad. Could Butt and Bosnich bowl well early on to cause a couple of early wickets though to get Cobras over the line or will the Hawks record a second straight win?

So close as Hawks fell 2 runs short. They seemed well on track to win it after some great innings from the top 3 and with 7 runs needed off 2 over's, it seemed nearly impossible for them to lose. Chris Bosnich though bowled a great over after being hit for 1 off the first ball, he managed to bowl 4 dot balls to Raj Sharma before conceding a single to finish the over. So with 5 runs needed off the last over, the captain made a bold move bringing on the debutant spinner, Palash Bindal who bowled really well not giving the batsman anything taking 2 runs from the first 5 balls leaving the Hawks 2 runs to tie off the last ball but couldn't get it into the deep and set off for a risky single and a run out occurred giving Cobras a good victory. MOTM went to Waqas E. for his valiant effort to give Hawks a good chance of winning but although the team didn't make it in the end, he still recieved MOTM.

2 for 41 (Including the two important ones), a catch and 26 from 10 balls (6 boundaries!) is a good effort from me :D

:doh i need that training bad.. another low score as long as we keep winning i'll keep slipping under the radar :p

Note that at the end of season, the first week will be for Domestic contracts. I will post each player here and the teams that want to contract them for one season and the contract values so you can all have a week to think about them and post which team you want to sign for or whether you want to not play domestic cricket and have a nice long holiday. This is where the inactive members get disadvantages as you must post to accept your contract otherwise I'll have to assume you are rejecting all of your offers. You will most probably get a contract for a team within your country but if you perform exceptionly well this season, you might get a contract as an OS player in a team. Yeah and there will be no tables. It will be really messy with just random games being played. Yeah, can't be bothered writing more.

We won with our 2nd string.

But very slow from the top - bottom. Middle-lower need to be more aggressive. 231 was a below par total, but on that wicket it was decent. Credit to the bowlers from being econ, and grinding it out.

Our MOM goes to Choie. 28 from 10 balls, very aggressive. We needed some 1 aggressive at the bottom. and 40/2, 2 important grabs. and a blinder

Ok i posted the line for 4 day match. Important match. So regular players are in.

We need to talk about our pitch type. I'm confused about it. SG please
