I know a bit about Australian and English doemstic cricket, e.g. how many teams they have etc, but I don't know anything about how it works in Asia, Africa, and the WI.

You shouldn't worry about England, as far as I know there are no active English members in the PC section.

I would just worry about NZ, AUS, and IND. (Maybe SA)
