It was a ploy from Müller to get Morocco in the Trophy, used Spain for it to get a co host bid and before anything could blow up fired Spain.
I agree with you... it is a master plan to get hosting rights... Müller Schwanstegger and Morraco know, without European nations vote, they can't get hosting rights, so even knowing financial conditions of Spain, they include with them to get enough votes for rights...
