World Premier League? T30 Championship Season 8

We're just a couple of days away from the start of the season.
Here are some of the things you may like to know:

FITNESS UPDATE

There will be a fitness update everyday, irrespective of whether or not you play a match.Though you can't do much to prevent the possible injuries,resting/rotating the players will help a bit.Injury-prone players have a higher probability of getting injured,if not provided sufficient rest between the games.A player may be injured for any number of games ranging from 1 to 3.

REPLACEMENTS

You can have as many replacements as the number of injuries.Any free agent can be signed as a replacement and will be available for selection until the injured player is fit again.

HOME ADVANTAGE

The local players get a slight rating boost on the eve of match.

PITCH

The pitch type will remain 'excellent' but the ratings are varied depending on the conditions. For example, spinners are rated higher (lower averages) on the Indian pitches.

Dinesh Chandimal and Tim Southee will miss their opening games due to injuries.
The respective teams can name replacements (optional).

playing at eden park, the pitch is quite slow so there should be turn for the slow bowlers and my sub continent players should enjoy this.

Gay, five out of my eight group matches are in Australia, yet I only have one Australian... :facepalm

same for me, although i have 4 aussies. :D i'm dissapointed that i dont have any matches in the subcontinent since my top players are from there.

Posted the lineup on the basis Kotla is a batsman's paradise and Kumble holding a legendary status there .

Wow, this is great, simply awesome. Rapid Reds is filled with Indian and Sri Lankan stars and luckily, all of our matches are in India. We couldn't have asked for more. :D

The Reds are pumped up and raring to go.

Wow, awesome, all our matches are in India and we have the top 3 players from the nation and also a few srilankans. Great for us.

Southee :facepalm And it's a home game too. Good thing I have 3 other NZers.

So wicket-keepers are bound to get injured I guess? Or can we use a non-wicket-keeper as a wickie and just have their rating reduced?

All my games are either at Eden Park, the SCG or the MCG or the WACA, and I have 4 kiwis and 3 Aussies.

I don't know what different pitches are more suited to though :/ Don't really follow that sort of stuff

Oh I can have a replacement player. Can I get Colin de Grandhomme for this match? Hard hitting batting all-rounder will be useful I think. Especially at his home ground. I think replacements are pretty crucial given the injury situation and that I have one especially injury prone player in Shaun Tait.
