World Premier League? T30 Championship Season 8

Haha. Simon Jones is only my second injury and I don't play him anyway so doesn't affect me.

Just 3 more rounds left in the group stage.
The top 4 teams from each group will advance to the Super League which consists of 4 rounds.

Amla and Tsotsobe tried their best. The hope's little now.

Awesome Bowling From Us, R van der Merwe Bowl Brilliantly On Debut :clap,

Our Main AllRounder Mathews Is Injured Really Bad For Us,

Chinthaka Jayasinghe Replace Mathews

sigh the bowling lets us down yet again, not enough early break throughs meant that they were able to accelerate without fear towards the end. We almost won if it wasn't for Ajmal Shazad's innings of 1 of 6. :facepalm

AB de Villiers :clap

'bout time you did something good. 16 runs off the 27th over got us over the line in the end. Some good death batting from Christian as well, even if he did bowl like ████.

Why the fearsome tweak did Dan Christian bowl 6 overs for 60 runs while Sidebottom only bowled 3 overs for 15 runs. Great bowling from Hauritz though, and was supported well from Anderson and Bond.

Watto - You are classic my dear!

I'm proud of my fabulous bowlers - Naved, Praveen, Boje, Watto, Ntini and Hinds. :)
Economical bowling at first and crucial blows at perfect time was the main part of our victory.

A successful run chase was ensured by OUR GREAT - WATSON, Lara and other two. Completed the game in only 19 overs. ;)

A mind-blowing victory. :clap

The bowlers redefined the word 'commitment' in the game :facepalm
The absence of Umar Akmal has already started to take a toll at our performance .

And we are back at what we do the best, winning matches. :D
As usual, Trescothick was awesome and deserved to be the man of the match. Rohit Sharma was nice too, but could've been better had he played a little quick. Sehwag once again managed to get a start and failed to convert it into a big knock, but those three sixes made the day for me. 213 was a superb total, more than what I expected for this match.

For the bowlers, it's now becoming a cliche that Udana was the best. This guy never disappoints me, neither in the matches, nor at the auctions. ;)
Bravo will probably a need a break from bowling for a match, making way for a part-timer (mostly a spinner).

All in all, the Reds are now officially back in the tournament. (dancing banana)

Yudi tomorrow would be testing times for our teams as we meet in Season 6. Let's see whether tomo's match is repeat of Season 1's Final or Season 2's Semi-final.:cheers

Both tables are really close at the moment. I sit in a reasonable position in outright second place although most teams have one more game than me so I'm realistically in around 3rd, since 2 teams have one less point than me so if one team wins one game and the other loses, it will put me in third, while if both teams lose, it will put me in second and if both teams win, then I'll be in 4th.

God that tie against last place is hurting us slightly. It was a must win game but we couldn't win it. Although at least I won't have to worry about NRR as I'll be a point off everybody, apart from last place who realistically has no chance of making the finals.

I think I'm guaranteed a place in the next round :)

Like the Season 1's final, the Reds will taste victory again. :D
And all the best to you Shawn. :)
