Well World XI have lost there first game in Australia going down by 7 wickets.
There needs to be some major changes to the if there going to win the next game.

Brad Hodge was awarded Man Of The Match for a brilliant half century.

i felt, WorldXI were in control till the last 10 Overs where Vics team got 70+ in last 10!

Great game Also from the graph, Vics were always behind the WXI except for one thing, Vics played full 50 Overs with more wkts in hand which turned as an major advantage!

World XI Press Conference

So Stephen the World XI's first loss came at the hands of Victoria what's the feeling around the camp

Yeah were a little bit dissapointed but there's some positives that came out of the game.

Like what?

Well we managed to do well keeping victoria down in the first 40 overs we just need to do some rearranging of the team to put in some strong last over bowlers.

So there will be changes to the team? Can you tell us the starting XI for the next game Stephen?

Well ovbiously i can only give you the prelimenary starting XI as that won't be available till the day before our next game.

Yeah unfortunate loss but it makes the story more interesting when you lose (don't worry i didn't lose on purpose), it will make the next game more interesting now.

World XI Vs NSW 4 day game (SCG)

World XI have won the toss here and elected to bat first. That's an excellent decision as it's going to be a fast pitch with a bit of bounce and there should be a lot of runs scored today.

1st Wicket
Strauss is gone attempting to play a cut shot only to have it edged to Hadding.

2nd Wicket
Fleming is gone, he foolishly left a delivery going down legside but it swung back and uprooted his leg stump.

3rd Wicket
Pietersen is gone for 13 beaten by pace while attempting a drive.

Sachin Tendulkar celebrates his half century by raising his bat to the crowd.

10th Over Update
The World XI are in abit of trouble here with the loss of 4 wickets before there've reached a 100 the only stand out has been Tendulkar who has taken the attack to the NSW bowlers i big hundred is needed from Tendulkar and Flintoff. NSW look to be dominating the game so far with Nicholson being the pick of the bowlers and Lee bowling with some terrifying pace.

Geez that Nicholson has gone for a ton of runs in his 5 overs, his only saving grace are those 2 wickets.
