It's just fancy names for mafia.
Mafia group A and B.
It's like Shootout at Wadala, John Abraham's gang vs Sonu Sood's gang while Anil Kapoor and cops are town.

It's just factions for flavor. The humans knowing who the kings is, is similar to the last game "Contract killer"
