Just watched an episode of Smackdown today. Geez, Matt Hardy is tanned and fat. Plus, I hate the Smackdown ring announcer. Tries to make it like UFC but he can't god dammit. Ends up sounding like a turd.

Why is it called Friday night Smackdown? I will watch it tonight at 10:30 PM IST and that means it has already taken place because its not live.

Or is it last weeks episode. But all things happen like this week. :confused:

I'm in Australia and it plays at like 3.30PM live here, which was 2 hours or so ago I presume.

Smackdown is actually filmed on tuesday's and then aired on a friday. Well that was the case when I watched anyway.

It was Tuesday nighter but it was changed to Friday night as ECW is Tuesday nighter now. I think they changed it to Thursday but name has still stayed same.

Yeh but from what I knew, they would do ECW live and then film smackdown after or something like that? because I could always get the spoilers for Smackdown on a Wednesday and then watch/not watch Smackdown on the friday evening.

Smackdown was on Friday nights well before ECW was brought back. ECW is not live either. They film it before/after RAW now, I believe. They used to do it before Smackdown but that changed when WWE Superstars came along - or am I getting the two programmes mixed up?
