There's too many matches on the main card. Scrap the UK Championship, put the Cruierweight championship on the pre-show.

I don't think so. It's a 5-hour show, and a 3-hour pre-show. So, yeah. The Cruiserweight Title match can go to the pre-show along with the SmackDown Live Women's Championship to fill out the 3-hour pre-show. But, the UK title stays.

The worst part is having Big Show vs Shaq on the main-card. It shouldn't even be on the pre-show.

Yeah.
I'll have to google the source, but I remember reading a news article that WWE to go four-on-four with the big four except Mania.
All big four pay-per-views to be at least four hours long, and a three hour pre-show.
WrestleMania to be five hours.
So that makes, two-and-a-half hours of NXT TakeOver, The Hall of Fame Ceremony, 8-hours of WrestleMania, 3-hours of RAW, 2-hours of SmackDown, 1-hour of 205 Live and NXT.
A big, long week, that.
