Pakistan won by 198 runs
Man of the match: Misbah-Ul-Haq
Misbah-Ul-Haq was awarded MOM for his massive 340 runs in the match.
Pakistan have won by 198 runs, but India won the first match by 6 wickets. Both the victory margins are same among these sides, hence we decide the team that goes to finals by the 1st innings lead achieved by these teams in the previous two games between them. India achieved the lead of 97 runs in the first match & Pakistan have achieved the lead of 179 runs in second match. Thus due to the first innings lead rule, Pakistan moves into the finals & India are knocked out of the tournament.
Indian test team was simply not good enough in this second test match, although all of them got great starts in second innings, but none of them capitalised it. Disappointed Virat walks away after the poor loss.
