Pitch Report: Every fast bowler will have a dream on bowling in his track. Here is only little amount of swing offered, but there is hell lot more of pace & bounce.Hence the guys who can bend their back will get lots of rewards than who can swing the ball. It's a good pitch for attacking batsman & no assistance for spin.

Steve Smith scored his ton in an aggressive manner at strike rate of almost 70.England bowlers struggled a lot against him.Either he is the captain or not, this man continues to be the best batsman for the Aussies.

Joe Root scored a fabulous ton, that too in an aggressive manner.Root's 100 along with the help of Jos Buttler's 50 helped England to get the all important lead of 19 runs.

We had a rough first innings with the ball, but I'm really happy that all of our fast/seam bowlers picked at least two wickets on a lovely WACA track. Thank God for Joe Root to save our arse against Johnson and Starc, and a nice little, yet slow, cameo from Jos Buttler helped us in a lot of ways. Chris Jordan showed some resistance at the tail, which is nice.

Maxi played a captain's knock of 87.Fifties by Maxwell & Smith helped Australia to reach 389/9.Australia declared their Innings when 70 overs left for the completion of the test match & set English a target of 371.A draw is enough for English to get the points, thanks to their 1st innings lead.On the other hand Australia desperately needs a win to get the much needed points.Stay tuned for the ENGLAND's 2nd innings.

Ya we would settle for a draw. But a win would be appreciated:D
As I expected Ballance was handy there

Great batting display by our best batsman and our captain but it seems too late to declare, if we'd have declared a 10-15 overs with 30-40 less then it could've been an easy bowling patch. Great presentation @Aravind. Bro sorry for late response. :)

Man of the match: Mitchell Johnson

Disappointed English team.Joe Root's first innings heroics went in vain.

Man of the Match

mj.jpg
The name is "Johnson" "Mitchell Johnson" 21/6 ran through the English batting lineup. The Final day pitch at WACA seems to be tailor made for him, he along with Starc got all 10 wickets.English were terribly disappointed after dominating the match for most sessions, but Mitch is too hot to handle on a final day pitch at WACA.Mitchell Johnson is awarded as Man of the Match for turning the game around in 2nd innings & also for his match performance of 10 wickets with the ball & 37 runs with the bat.

Mitchell Johnson turned us upside down, in a bad way…

I thought this was going to be a draw test match, but Mitchell Johnson and Mitchell Starc absolutely destroyed our batting line on this beautiful WACA track. The hero from our first innings scores a miserable duck. And You know You're going to lose when that happens.

@Ali. @Sodium if you guys remain inactive then i have guys ready to replace you.

I am mentioning it because @Ali. was active in some other threads and not here.

Post Lineup's for:

Pitch Report:The pitch looks like a road hence plenty of advantage for the batsman. It has some cracks hence it will definitely assist spin bowlers, thus having two specialist spinners in the lineup will be a advantage.

Lineup must contain at least 5 players who can :bwl: & one :wk:

@Saroj padhy @ARKRafay @Baahubali @Raghu to post lineup.
