He bowls an average of 5.56 overs per FC game. Doesn't seem like an all-rounder. If this was a List A tournament, i would have considered it. You can have him as a bowling option in the XI if that's what your concern is.
He can certainly whack the ball but always bats lower down the order (8/9) and is listed as a bowler on all sites.
