Your Nightmares

My nightmares are when I fall in your dreams and you wake up and can't breath propaly..May God protect me from those dreams.

Sounds more like panic attacks. I get those sometimes. Do you get a feeling of falling immediately before? Or a very dramatic and drastic event in a dream right before the hyperventilating?

Its just I fall immediately and boom I wake up and finding hard to breath.
Horrible dream!!
